Surplus Property

Notice is hereby given that Community Unit School District 200 will accept sealed offers for three (3) pianos that have been declared surplus property by the Board of Education.  Sealed offers bearing the words “Offer for Pianos”, clearly marked on the outside of the envelope, should be addressed to:  Lisa Maher, Assistant Business Manager, Community Unit School District 200, 130 West Park Avenue, Wheaton, IL 60187.  Please specify by item number which piano you are offering to purchase in your sealed offer.  Sealed offers will be accepted until Thursday, January 10, 2008 at 1:00 p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened and read.

The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all offers or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities, and to make the award in the best interest of the School District.
