    Wheaton City Council discusses 5 land use plans for Hubble

  • They indicated lowest density development would be favored.
  • August 22, 2003

    Meeting at Warrenville City Hall regarding P.U.D.

  • Following this meeting – contract between McNaughton Builders and McLennon was terminated.
  • September 10, 2003

    Letter of intent to McLennon for purchase of land – offer was $2,349,022.90

    Met with BP Amoco to determine availability of any land they own in Warrenville
