Mrs. Balow has been the Speech and Language Therapist at Franklin since 2007. She began working in District 200 in 1998. Prior to coming to Franklin she served in a variety of settings from Early Childhood to the Transition program witin District 200. Before coming to District 200 Mrs. Balow spent 18 years teaching at Wheaton College in the Communications Department.

 

Mrs. Balow grew up in Wheaton. She and her husband, Dan, continue to live in Wheaton. She has four grown children who all attended Franklin. In addition to her four children she has six granddaughters, whom she loves to talk about!
