Dear Bower Families,
Where did the school year go? It’s been a great year but I’m sure most students and teachers are looking forward to summer.
As many of you know, I will be retiring at the end of this school year. I hope you believe that I have made a positive difference at Bower. I will miss the students, staff, and families from Bower, but I look forward to spending more time with my family and grandchildren in retirement.
I would like to take this opportunity to give a special thank you to Marmae Haight, Karen Tiburtini, and Peggy Spears for their many dedicated years of working with the children and families at Bower. Congratulations on your retirement, you will be missed.
It would be impossible to sum up all of the wonderful things that have happened at Bower this year or to thank everyone individually for contributing to the success of our students. I would, however, like to thank our PTA for everything they do to support the students and staff at Bower.
As always, I would like to thank all of our Bower families and our staff members for being so generous with their time and talents. Everyone is invested in the growth and success of all our children. Within the Bower community, we all work together “inspiring within everyone a passion to excel”. Thank you for your commitment to all our children.
Good luck to all of our 5th graders as they leave Bower and move to Hubble next year. I hope everyone has a wonderful summer.
“Every day, every child in every classroom learns, grows, and feels respected.”
