Miss Kirsten Anderson
Welcome students and parents! Miss. Anderson is in her sixth year of teaching at Wheaton North High School. Prior to teaching at Wheaton North, she taught within District 200 at Johnson Elementary School in Warrenville. Miss. Anderson is a part of the Special Services Department at WNHS and specializes in academic reading classes. She is also a coach for the girls softball team. Her favorite part of teaching at WNHS is helping her students grow and reach their full potential. She also likes to foster an excitement for learning in her students and help them achieve their goals. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading, and water skiing.
This year is even more exciting for Miss. Anderson because she is taking on an additional role at Wheaton North. As one of the new academic interventionists, she will be working with various students throughout the building to help them meet their academic goals. This is an exciting new adventure for her and she can't wait to see the success of all Falcons this year.
Miss. Anderson wants to thank parents and students for being flexible this school year. She knows that this transition is not easy, but knows that we will all get through it and have success. She is looking forward to another wonderful year at Wheaton North and is ready to take on all the new challenges that lie ahead.
