Frontline -Absence Management
Welcome to Frontline-Absence Management, CUSD 200’s new employee absence management system and substitute (guest employees) placement system. This automated service will streamline the process of recording and managing employee absences while improving substitute (guest employee) placements. It will also ensure a more efficient system for sharing data between the Human Resources and Payroll departments while processing employee absences and payroll.
Frontline-Absence Management: Information for Employees and Campus Users
Frontline-Absence Management is an automated system that can be accessed by all district employees via Internet and telephone to report absences regardless if a substitute is required. The Frontline-Absence Management system is available to employees 24 hours a day 7 days a week and each employee connects with their district email/google account and password that is required to access the Frontline-Absence Management system. Employees will be able to report sick day absences as well as request time off for personal and vacation days with pre-approval from their supervisor.
How do I access the Absence Management system?
To sign into the new Platform follow the instructions below.

Click on the link below to access the new Frontline-Absence Management Platform
Connect by using your district email/google account. Enter email and your password is the same as your email password.
You should be signed into the new Platform for Frontline Absence Management. The district website has been updated with the new quick link to access the new Platform. You can still access the quick link under the "Staff" page - Frontline for Staff.

These learning centers are full of training materials, articles, videos and guides that are dedicated to each user.
