• Aesop – What is Aesop?

    Welcome to Aesop, CUSD 200’s new employee attendance management system and substitute (guest employees) placement system. This automated service will streamline the process of recording and managing employee absences while improving substitute (guest employee) placements. It will also ensure a more efficient system for sharing data between the Human Resources and Payroll departments while processing employee absences and payroll.

    Aesop Information for Employees and Campus Users

    Aesop is an automated system that can be accessed by all district employees via Internet and telephone to report absences regardless if a substitute is required. The Aesop system is available to employees 24 hours a day 7 days a week and each employee has an assigned ID and pin that is required to access Aesop.  Employees will be able to report sick day absences as well as request time off for personal and vacation days with pre-approval from their supervisor.

    How do I use Aesop?

    To help employees become more familiar with the Aesop system, there are various learning centers available to them. These learning centers are full of training materials, articles, videos and guides that are dedicated to each user. The best place to begin in each learning center is by clicking on the “Getting Started” icon right in the middle of the main page. To access the learning centers, click on the links below.
