The District utilizes Blackboard Mass Notifications to alert parents, staff and students to emergency school closures, upcoming event and important district and school information via both phone and email avenues. Beginning with the 2016-2017 school year parents can also elect to receive notifications via text.
The District website is hosted by Schoolwires: a Blackboard Solution company. This web platform allows staff to maintain their own department, school or classroom content to provide parents and community members with the most up-to-date information.
Student Information System
Synergy SIS from Edupoint is the District's student information system. This is a web based program that is used to manage all data and records for student information. Enrollment, attendance, gradebook, registration, and scheduling are a few of the major functions of this product. Access for parents through ParentVue allows parents to see progress for their student, register their student, and update lunch balances for MySchoolBucks.
