Welcome to Monroe Middle School.

This is my first year teaching at Monroe and I am excited to have your child in my classes.

I am an EL teacher who will be working with both 6th grade and 8th grade students this year.

I have the honor to work with  a few great teachers in a co-taught  classroom this year as well.

I have taught bilingual education for 8 years in the Chicagoland areas.

Took some time off to raise my three boys who are in District 200 schools and enjoying their learning experiences.

I have a crazy cat named Smokey . I attended Eastern Illinois along time ago, before laptop computers ever existed.

I received my ESL and TBE endorsements from National Louis University.

I enjoy running, going for long walks, reading amongst many other interests.

I am hoping for a great first year, here at Monroe Middle School.
