 Mr. McEvilly has been an educator since the mid 1990s, starting at Wheaton North in 2000-01. Mr. McEvilly entered the field of education after time spent under Dale Schilly at Marycrest College transitioning from his college soccer playing days to work as an Assistant Coach at the college. That time spent working with student-athletes helped lead to him leaving a career in business after two years in corporate sales. He has been an instructor for both AP US Government and Politics in addition to Economics. Additionally he has been the head coach of the Girls Varsity Soccer program since he joined the school.
