This is my 14th year as a librarian in District 200. Before getting my masters degree from the University of Illinois, I worked as a computer support technician so I can frequently be seen putting my skills to use solving technology issues in the building. I am passionate about infusing educational technology into the classroom, supporting teachers and students as they try new things, and creating both with and without technology. And, yes, I sometimes still read books. There is nothing quite as wonderful as a powerful story well told. To find out more about what I believe and why I chose to be a school librarian, please take a few moments to watch my animated sketchnotes.
