PTBoard: A better way to communicate
What is PTBoard?
A new online directory and communication tool! We can use this all-in-one platform for school-wide announcements and volunteer signups, committee communication, event management, and PTA membership tracking. Room coordinators will be able to use the system to organize their classroom parties.
Why Should YOU Register for PTBoard?
As a PARENT with a registered account, you will be able to view upcoming events, volunteer sign ups, and school and classroom announcements, as well as join PTA committees and purchase your 2019/2020 PTA membership.
PTBoard is FREE to join!
You do not need to be a PTA member to sign up for an account. Registration happens only ONCE—you will never need to register again during your time at Pleasant Hill. The more families join, the more successful the site will be! Paid PTA members will also have access to the online directory within PTBoard. **Please note that DirectorySpot will be retired in October and will not updated with the current school year’s class assignments.
Signing up for PTBoard is easy!
Returning Families: You will receive an invitation email very soon with a link for you to register you account. Simply click on the link and follow the registration process, it’s that easy!
New Families: Visit https://phill.ptboard.com and click the Sign Up button located at the top right corner. Fill out your information and then enter our school code. If you do not have the school code, please send an email to Amy Bowers (firstname.lastname@example.org) to request the code.
ALL Families: Please be sure to register with the email that District 200 has on file for you. That email address will be important when it comes time to import classroom assignments once we receive them from the district later this fall.
