If you have an incoming Kindergartner, please call the school office at 630-682-2075 to set up a time to register your child.

We will need the following documents:

Enrollment form (found on CUSD200 website or at the school)

Home Language Survey  (found on CUSD200 website or at the school)

Original Birth Certificate

Current mortgage or lease

2 utility bills or 1 utility bill and a drivers license with current address
