Math Team
Sponsors: brianna.piccininni@cusd200.org & angel.skuse@cusd200.orgMath Team is a fun, competitive activity for students interested in learning new math concepts as well as applying their previous knowledge from school to creative and challenging problems. Students who do well at Regionals are invited to the State Finals in May.
We meet every Tuesday after school. Throughout the academic year, we participate in two different types of contests: team and individual. The North Suburban Math League, DuPage Valley Conference, and ICTM offer team competitions against other schools throughout the academic year. Being members of the Atlantic-Pacific Mathematics League and Illinois Math League, we are able to offer individual contests, open to the entire student body, that can be taken before school or during ACCESS periods.
