About Us: Mu Alpha Theta Honor Society is an organization dedicated to inspiring keen interests in mathematics, developing strong scholarship in the subject, and promoting the enjoyment of math. This service organization requires members to complete 2 hours of math-related service each year of membership
Eligibility: To be eligible, students must be a sophomore, junior or senior and have completed at least 5 semesters of college prep math (meaning they have taken at least one semester of Algebra 2/Trig or higher). The student must have a math GPA of at least 3.8 with no grade lower than a B in the most recent 5 semesters of college prep math. Enthusiasm for mathematics in and/or out of the classroom will be regarded as a plus. See Ms. Shaw or Mr. Brackmann with any questions.
New 21-22 Members: There will be a new member meeting Tuesday March 22nd at 6:50am in 802/804.
