Mu Alpha Theta (National Math Honor Society)

About Us: Mu Alpha Theta Honor Society is an organization dedicated to inspiring keen interests in mathematics, developing strong scholarship in the subject, and promoting the enjoyment of math. This service organization requires members to complete 2 hours of math related service each year of membership.
Eligibility: To be eligible, students must be a sophomore, junior or senior and have completed at least 5 semesters of college prep math (meaning they have taken at least one semester of Algebra 2/Trig or higher). The student must have a math GPA of at least 3.8 with no grade lower than a B in the most recent 5 semesters of college prep math.
