Arrival

Supervision begins at 8:55 a.m.  Students should not be on school grounds before this time.  Students should line up at their designated doors and not use the playground.  At 9:05, students will enter the building.  All students arriving after 9:10 a.m. should enter through door 1 (the main front door).  Students are considered tardy if they arrive after 9:15 a.m.  Students arriving after 9:30 a.m. will be given a half-day absence. 

Dismissal

The daily goal of student dismissal is for students to exit the building quickly and safely at 3:30 p.m. 

• Primary students will exit door 3 if they ride a bus and car riders/walkers exit door 2.
• Third grade students will exit door 6.
• Fourth grade bus riders exit door 6 and car riders/walkers exit door 1.
• Fifth grade bus riders will exit door 8 and car riders/walkers exit door 1

Severe Inclement Weather Dismissal

In the event of severe weather (extremely heavy rain or wind chills well below zero degrees, students will be dismissed at regular time.  Bus riders will go directly to the East Gym and line up in their bus lines.  Bus students will board their buses as they arrive.  Flow Zone students will be seated on the floor in the hallway by door #2.  Staff supervisors will send students to their cars as they arrive.
