I am excited to have my classroom page up and running. My goal is to have this as a consistent connection between school and home. As your child's Resource Teacher I feel that, at times, parents are not aware of all that we are doing in my classroom. I hope that this will be a place that you can come to in order to learn about concepts we are working on throughout the school year.
I am dividing the pages by grade levels, so that you can click on your child's grade to find information. The page will change throughout the weeks, as I will update with current information. Check back as often as you wish. At minimal, I will be updating every two weeks. I will put dates updated on the pages to help you see new information. It is a work in progress.
A little about me....
I am excited to be at Pleasant Hill School this year. This is my first year here. Previously, I was a Resource teacher at Washington School. I was at Washington for 8 years, working first as a special education aide then as a Resource Teacher. My husband and I live in Wheaton and have 4 children, one grandson, and a second grandchild on the way in early May. Prior to staying home to raise my children, I was an elementary teacher in Itasca.
