Dr. Wolfe has been a teacher in District 200 since 2001. She has worked at the elementary, middle, and high school levels as both a classroom teacher and a reading specialist. Dr. Wolfe currently teaches 8th grade language arts and social studies at Hubble Middle School.
Dr. Wolfe earned her B.S. from Southern Illinois University. After teaching language arts for a couple of years, she decided to pursue a Master's degree from Benedictine University in the area of reading and became a reading specialist. Ultimately,
Dr. Wolfe attained her Ed.D. in the area of curriculum and instruction with an emphasis on reading from Aurora University in 2010. Dr. Wolfe also works as an adjunct professor for Aurora University training future reading specialists.
