School Supplies

As a service to parents, the PTA sells school supply kits for the 2021-2022 school year. Carlson's Paint, Glass and Art store in Wheaton will assemble each kit. They will be at Madison ready for your student when they return in the fall. You may now order your school supplies through Carlson's website at https://carlsonschoolkits.com/wheaton/madison-elementary/

This year due to COVID-19, there will be no paper orders. All orders must be placed online by June 27, 2021. Please note, sales tax will be added to all online orders. See Carlson's flyer for complete details.
