I am truly excited to be your child's teacher this year. I have spent most of my career teaching fifth grade, but I have also been a third grade teacher. I graduated from Northern Illinois University with a B.S. in Elementary Education. I went on to earn my M.A. in Educational Leadership from Aurora University. Shortly thereafter, I completed the coursework to get my ESL endorsement. I then went to National Louis University and completed a second master's program in Reading. From that coursework, I became a certified Reading Specialist. As you can see, education is truly an integral part of who I am. I look forward to partnering with you this year.
