Mr. Voss has been the Wheaton North Science Department Chair since the fall of 2013.  The staff here at Wheaton North is incredibly collaborative and really demonstrate a great team-first approach to teaching and learning.  They continually challenge themselves to find new strategies to provide students with the best possible learning experience.  It is exciting to be the chair for such an innovative group of teachers.

 

Mr. Voss currently teaches chemistry, but has also taught biology for a number of years.  While he is a native of suburban Chicago, he also taught science for eleven years in Southern California before coming to Wheaton North.  When not in the classroom he enjoys spending time with his wife, Negin, his sons, Nate and Zach and his dog, Cali.  He is also passionate about his two favorite teams, the Chicago Bears and the Northwestern Wildcats.
