I am currently teaching English as a Second Language at Pleasant Hill Elementary.  Prior to that, I worked as a teaching assistant in ELL and special education classes.  I have also taught fifth and sixth grade as well as English as a Foreign language in China. Last summer, I spent three weeks in Indonesia, training teachers and working with youth in leadership camps.  My favorite part of working in District 200 is teaching children from many diverse cultures.

 

My husband and I live in Wheaton.  Our two sons attended and graduated from CUSD 200 schools and are currently in college.  We love the Wheaton community!
