Registration Information

All Pre-Participation Registration for athletics will be completed online through FamilyId as well as all forms being signed, uploaded and processed.  Sports physical must be uploaded through FamilyId.  Please do not turn physical into the athletic office.  You will need to create an account with FamilyId. Sign in, select the sport you are trying out for and upload a PDF or JPEG file of your student-athlete's current physical when registering for athletics in order for your registration to be fully processed.
