Hello! This is my 8th year in the district. Prior to working at Lowell and Longfellow School, I taught multilingual learners at Edison Middle School and in the Virtual Academy. 

I graduated from North Central College in 2015 with a degree in Elementary Education and endorsements in Middle School, Language Arts, and ESL. I received my Master’s Degree in 2018 from American College of Education in Teaching English Learners. I grew up in Lisle and enjoy spending time with my family and cat, making arts & crafts, and reading young adult novels. 

I have a passion for teaching multilingual learners that stems from my own multicultural background. I believe that the cultures of all students should be valued and celebrated. My teaching philosophy revolves around the belief that all students can succeed.
