My name is Dan Kickert and I am very excited to be a part of the Sandburg family as the physical education teacher.  This will be my 4th year at Sandburg and my 9th year teaching PE.  I was an adapted PE teacher for 4 years, an elementary PE teacher in Naperville #203, and now I found my way to Sandburg.  I have also been a substitute teacher, a teacher's assistant, and I coached youth sports for various park districts in the area.  I am very passionate about teaching PE and it is a subject that I feel is very important in a child's development.  It is my goal to provide quality PE each and everyday.
