Mrs. Amee Noethe

After graduating from the University of Iowa, I began my career teaching Spanish at Plainfield South High School.  In 2010 I left to become Department Chair of World Languages here at Wheaton Warrenville South.  I studied abroad in Valladolid, Spain which sparked my love of the language and inspired me to bring that love of language and culture to students.  I love teaching and currently teach 2 sections of Spanish 4 and hope to inspire those students to not only learn the language, but travel abroad to experience new cultures and ideas.

I am very proud of our philosophy of language immersion within our classrooms and truly believe our philosophy creates true language learners.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding teaching and learning within our department.
