Hi and welcome! My name is Kate Zamis, this is my fifth year at Wiesbrook! I grew up and live here in Wheaton where I went to Sandburg, Monroe, and Wheaton North. I attended the University of Illinois and earned my degree in Early Childhood Education with Special Education Approval and recently got my masters in literacy. During my time at UIUC I had amazing travel opportunities. In the fall of 2016 I attended an international conference in Reggio Emilia, Italy to learn about their approach to early childhood education. I learned so much about the "100 languages of children", the Italian culture, and enjoyed some AMAZING food!
