Boys Cross Country 2017-18

First practice will be Wednesday, August 9th. Meet outside of door 3 in front of school by 7:00 am. Practice will be about two hours in length, and will consist of running and introductory strength and flexibility exercises. Specific practice schedules will be given for the remaining days of the summer. Wear appropriate running clothes and running shoes. Report rain or shine. Bring your own water bottle. Wear sun screen.
