TRYOUT ELIGIBILITY:

-Must be registered online through FamilyID (https://www.familyid.com/programs/wheaton-north-spring-athletic-pre-participation-registration-2022-2023) BEFORE the first day of practice; anyone not registered will not be able to participate in tryouts

-Must have a current physical (395 days from date of issuance) uploaded to your FamilyID account

-Must have all required signed forms uploaded to your FamilyID account
