Hello, welcome to my teacher page! This is my fourth year teaching at Monroe Middle School.

Educational Background

I grew up in Barrington, IL, and I was a part of Barrington School District 220 from grades K-12. During my time as a student in District 220, I developed close relationships with some of my teachers and basketball coaches. I want to develop similar relationships with my own students, and make them feel important, respected, and accepted inside and outside of the classroom every day. I graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2019, and I student taught in a 7th and 8th grade Language Arts classroom.

Hobbies

In my free time, I enjoy riding my Peloton, listening to music, reading, and spending time with my friends and family. I am currently the Assistant Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at Wheaton North High School, so I spend a lot of my time coaching and watching basketball, and I love to play, too!
