Miss Sevatson graduated from Northern Illinois University with a B.S. in Elementary Education (2014). She obtained her Master’s degree in Literacy Education with a focus in reading from NIU in 2018. She holds endorsements in English as a Second Language (K-8), Reading Specialist (K-12), and Learning Behavior Specialist (K-12). Prior to coming to Clifford Johnson Elementary, she taught English as a Second Language in Oswego Community Unit School District 308 for five years. When not teaching, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and relaxing with her two dogs, Kali and Macy and cat, Banana.
