First and foremost, I have a student-centered educational philosophy. Within the classroom, you'll see student-driven activities, collaborative learning groups, and insightful discussion amongst peers. I check for student understanding each day, provide opportunities for revision, and frequently communicate with both students and parents with regards to progress.
