I am so excited to be at my alma mater teaching my fellow Falcons the Spanish language!

I graduated from Grove City College with a double major in Spanish and Secondary Education. During college, I was lucky enough to study in Seville, Spain for a semester. After graduation, I worked at Joliet Catholic Academy for nine years, which allowed me to gain experience teaching every level of Spanish from Spanish 1 to AP Spanish. I met my husband while teaching at Joliet Catholic, and soon afterwards I jumped on the opportunity to work at Wheaton North (my dream job)! I received my Master's degree in Learning Design and Leadership from the University of Illinois. Additionally, I have received post-graduate credits in the areas of motivation, classroom management, and school culture. 

I live in Aurora with my husband and two sons, Leo and Will.
