I have been teaching at Edison Middle School since 2006 which makes this my 15th year.  I have taught LAR and Science throughout the years.  I am currently teaching Science for 8th grade students.  I have been involved with FCS, Fellowship of Christian Students for the past few years, I also am involved with the Student Council at Edison.  I love teaching science and want my students to learn to collaborate with each other and be accountable for themselves.  I desire for my students to leave 8th grade science with an awe and wonder of the subject and to be looking forward to high school with anticipation.

 

I graduated from Trinity International with a BA in Education and have a MA in Curriculum and Education, and a MA for School Counseling.  I want my students to be lifelong learners.  

 

I am married to my best friend Tom for 39 years and we have two grown children that are married and we have 6 grandchildren.  Life is good.
