Welcome to Third Grade!! My name is Alison Thurm. This is my 10th year teaching at Bower and I am thrilled to be a third grade teacher. My undergraduate degree was earned at Eastern Illinois University. I feel that children and adults should be lifelong learners so I also have a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and a Masters Degree in Mathematics from National Louis University.
After school I go home to my charming husband and a very active 2 year old named Tristan! Our family is excited to welcome a new member due to arrive in May!
