• The Guidelines for Success represents a set of skills, traits and attitudes that everyone in our school strives to demonstrate.  They should remind everyone of our efforts to promote a culture of respect.  All adults that are a part of the Bower community share the common goal of making sure all our students understand our behavioral expectations.
