I have been a teacher in District 200 for 17 years.  At the beginning of my career, I taught 6th and 7th grade at Hubble Middle School for five years.  I then spent six years teaching 5th grade at Emerson Elementary.  This is currently my sixth year serving as a Math Coach in D200, and my first year as a full time coach at Emerson.  I work with teachers and students in grades K-5 to help support Tier 1 and Tier 2 instruction. 

 

I have a Bachelors Degree from Miami University (Ohio) in Middle Childhood Education with focuses in Language Arts and Math.  I have a Masters Degree from Dominican University in Reading (Reading Specialist). 

 

My husband and I have four sons.
