Hours of Operation - Beginning Sunday, November 29, 2020
The testing site is open Sunday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm or until the daily test capacity of 600 tests is met. No appointment required. Capacity is limited. Hours of operation subject to change on a daily basis, based on available equipment and throughput.
Test Site Location - The Odeum Expo Center is located at 1033 N Villa Ave, Villa Park, IL 60181.
IDPH - Arlington International Racecourse, Arlington Heights, Illinois
Hours of Operation - Drive-thru test site is open 7 days a week from 8 am until 4 pm.
Test Site Location - 2200 W Euclid Ave. Arlington Heights
IDPH - Aurora - 2450 N. Farnsworth Ave. - Across from the Chicago Premium Outlets
Hours of Operation - Drive-thru and walk-up testing site are open 7 days a week from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Tests are taken on a FIRST COME-FIRST SERVE BASIS. The facility will close by 4 p.m. or when testing capacity is reached for the day, whichever comes first.

If you believe you have been exposed to COVID-19, you should immediately contact your local health department.

The DuPage County Health Department can be reached at 630-221-7553 (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) or (630) 682-7400 (after hours), email@example.com or https://dupagehealth.org/ or the Illinois Public Health Department at 1-800-889-3931.
For a symptomatic individual with COVID-19-like-illness, DuPage County Health Department (DCHD) is requiring a confirmatory negative RT-PCR COVID-19 test result within 48 hours following a negative antigen test result or negative rapid molecular (rapid PCR) test result, for documentation required to return to school. In the absence of confirmatory testing, the student/staff member must complete the minimum 10-day isolation period prior to returning to school.
