Title IX Sexual Harassment Resources & Reporting
Sexual harassment affects a student’s ability to learn and an employee’s ability to work. Providing an educational and workplace environment free from sexual harassment is an important District goal. The District does not discriminate on the basis of sex in any of its education programs or activities, and it complies with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 [Title IX] and its implementing regulations (34 C.F.R. Part 106) concerning everyone in the District’s education programs and activities, including applicants for employment, students, parents/guardians, employees and third parties.
In accordance with Title IX Rules, Board Policy 2:265; Title IX Grievance Procedure prohibits sexual harassment any of the District’s education programs or activities.
Reporting Sexual Harassment
Any person may report sex discrimination, including sexual harassment, regardless of whether the person is the alleged victim of the reported conduct. A person who wishes to make a report under the Title IX Grievance Procedure, may report the matter to the District’s Title IX Coordinator, the Non-Discrimination Coordinator, the Building Principal, Assistant Principal, or any employee with whom the person feels comfortable speaking.

The District’s online Title IX Sexual Harassment Reporting Form is also available for submitting a report. Please note that, while the District accepts anonymous reports, anonymous reporting may impact the District’s ability to thoroughly process, investigate and/or resolve such reports.
