Construction Progress Update
Thanks to the community’s support of the $151.5 million referendum approved on November 5, 2024, construction officially began in summer 2025 at Franklin and Monroe Middle Schools.
Work at both schools will continue throughout the 2025–26 school year, focusing primarily on outdoor areas or spaces that are not regularly used by students and staff. Because of this, weekly construction updates—like those shared over the summer—will not continue during the school year.
Instead, we will provide periodic updates as major milestones are reached or new information becomes available.
Construction updates for Edison Middle School will also be shared as significant progress is made.
