Welcome to Emerson School! 

It is an honor to serve as the principal of this incredible school. Emerson is a place where students are celebrated, learning is joyful, and relationships are at the heart of everything we do.

After graduating from the University of Illinois, I began my teaching career as a third grade teacher in Bensenville School District 2. I then taught in Chicago Public Schools before stepping into school leadership as an assistant principal in Elmhurst District 205. In 2022, I was thrilled to return home to District 200 as the assistant principal at Bower Elementary and even more thrilled to now lead the Emerson community.

As a graduate of District 200 schools and a proud parent of current students, I care deeply about our community and the children who grow up here. It’s a privilege to partner with our dedicated staff and amazing families to support every student, every day.
