Dear Pleasant Hill Families,

I want to share how excited I am to be part of the Pleasant Hill community as your next principal. During the transition, I’ve had the pleasure to connect with members of the school community and have had the privilege of working closely with Debby Klein, Keath Murray, Courtney Farrell, and some other staff members. I’m incredibly grateful for their support and all of the staff’s support during the start of the school year. I also want to take a moment to thank Debby Klein for her leadership and dedication to the Pleasant Hill community. I feel fortunate to follow in her footsteps and build upon the strong foundation you’ve built together.

I’m excited to get to know all of the Pleasant Hill students, families, and community members and to become a part of a strong partnership that makes Pleasant Hill such a special place. My focus will be on listening and learning from staff, students, and families so I can better understand the traditions, values, and aspirations that define the school. My goal is to build on the many strengths of this community while working together to ensure Pleasant Hill remains a place where every student feels a strong sense of belonging, is excited to learn, and is empowered to grow.
