Athletics registration - 2024-2025 school year!

All Sports registration will be done online through Arbiter Sports - formerly FamilyID - which includes uploading a current sports physical (in the participant section). The sports physical is good for 395 days from the date of the exam. Please upload all pages of the IHSA document. We must be able to see the physician's signature/office stamp and date of exam.

**You will be required to update the physical documents in Arbiter Sports if it expires during the IHSA season.

There is no need to turn in a paper copy of your sports physical to the Athletics Office.  You will sign all waiver/agreements and upload your completed physical forms directly within Arbiter Sports/Family ID into the Participant section when registering. Your physical needs to be APPROVED for tryouts/participation prior to the start of the season.

**Registration for Fall 2025 sports will open after the 4th of July holiday
