Teachers never stop learning! This year, in partnership with the WWEA, the District is implementing a New Teacher Mentoring Program! All new certified staff members will be paired with formal mentor who will assist them in adapting to the school climate and culture and guiding them through curriculum, teaching strategies, communication skills, and more.
