💡Edison’s PLTW Lab has had a very dramatic glow up recently, all thanks to the Student Excellence Foundation and their very generous donors, who funded these fabulous Collaborative Tech Stations! Students can now work in teams, projecting their work in a usable, technologically flexible work space. 💡Mrs. Madalinski’s Speech Communication classes finish strong on Friday as they participate in their culminating assessment: first job interview simulation!🐾
On Friday, Mrs. DiJohn’s classes took a trip to DiJohn Cafe and sampled crickets 🦗 and gummy worms 🐛 after spending the week reading about and discussing the pros and cons of eating insects - also known as entomophagy.”
💛A fun, memorable writing lesson took place today in Mrs. Gordon's & Boros' class today🖤
Students (...and some staff) were blindfolded and asked to use other senses to describe different food items using specific descriptions to improve their memoirs writing skills!
